Creating detailed and engaging product descriptions is vital for informing potential customers and persuading them to make a purchase. The WooAI (Addon) can significantly enhance this process by generating high-quality, informative, and appealing product descriptions tailored to your specific needs.
How to Generate a Description?
1. Enable Description Generation:
- Navigate to the WooAI (Addon) settings page in your WordPress dashboard.
- Go to the Products tab.
- Enable the Generate Product Description option.
- After enabling the product description option, two additional fields labeled Minimum Words and Maximum Words will appear. These fields allow you to specify the desired length range for the product descriptions generated by the plugin. if you don’t add any length value then by default it is minimum value is 70 and maximum value is 120.
- Enhance Descriptions with Extra Details (Optional):
- Enable the Product Content Generation Options in the plugin settings to include additional product details in the description during generation.
- Click Save Changes to apply the settings.
- Once you enable the option, a Description Metabox and new description bulk actions will appear on the product page, streamlining the process of generating and managing product descriptions.
2. Generate the Product Description:
- Go to the product you want to update in the Products section of your WordPress dashboard.
- Press the Generate Product Description button to generate a detailed and useful description for the product.
3. Replace and Display the New Description:
- To display the newly generated description on the product page, click the Replace Product Description button. This action replaces the current product description with the newly generated one.
- The new description will not be displayed on your product page until you replace the existing description.
